Outreach Services
Counseling Services staff members provide outreach programs to the UNO community as requested. Programs cover topics such as:
- Alcohol & Substance Use Prevention
- Communication Skills
- Mental Health & Stigmas
- Mindfulness
- Relationship Issues
- Stress-Management
- Transition to College
- Test Anxiety
- Time-Management
Please note that programs are not limited to these topics and with advance notice can be developed towards special interests and concerns.
